Meet Kimberly Rivera.

I’m Kimberly Rivera, the Receptionist and Executive Assistant at Z Family Law. My journey into the legal field has been shaped by my extensive experience in customer service, which taught me the importance of problem-solving, compassion, and patience. These skills are crucial in my role, where I am often the first point of contact for our clients, and I strive to make every interaction as welcoming and helpful as possible.

What I love most about working at Z Family Law is the firm’s unwavering commitment to putting clients first. Z Family Law consistently goes above and beyond to address clients’ needs, providing exceptional service and support during some of the most challenging times of their lives. I appreciate how the firm is always evolving, constantly finding new ways to serve our clients more effectively.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking long walks, getting lost in a good book, and spending quality time with friends. These activities keep me grounded and balanced, helping me bring a positive and centered approach to my work.

Personally, I connect deeply with the importance of fresh starts, especially in the context of family law. Growing up, divorce was seldom discussed in my culture; there was an expectation to stay in marriages, even if they were toxic or abusive. I’m passionate about being part of a team that helps clients recognize their own strength and provides them the support to make healthy, positive changes in their lives.
