Meet Julie Dennard.

Hi, I’m Julie, and I am a paralegal at Z Family Law, where I support the firm’s attorneys in providing each and every one of our clients with excellent representation and an exceptional client experience.

With over 13 years of experience in legal services, I bring a deep understanding of Maryland rules and court processes to every case I am assigned to, and I am known among clients and colleagues for my empathetic nature, scrupulous attention to detail, and judicious sense of humor. 

I met Z Family Law’s founding attorney, Christy, very early in my career when we worked on the same floor. Over the years, we struck up a friendship and kept in touch, and I cheered her on from afar as I watched her grow. Many years later, I jumped at the chance to join Team ZFL after nearly a decade at another prominent Montgomery County family law firm.

Ultimately, I am so glad I did. Being around Christy inspires and motivates me, and all of my colleagues are incredibly warm and kind. I find it refreshing and exciting to collaborate with such a talented and compassionate group of people. 

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our two kids, ages 5 and 2. I also love hiking, running, gardening, playing video games, and knitting, and I serve as the Secretary and Treasurer of my neighborhood Homeowners’ Association.
