Meet Italo Cruz.

At Z Family Law, I’ve found a place that aligns perfectly with everything I learned in business school and everything I value in a workplace. It’s more than just a job for me; it’s a space where I know my work has purpose and impact.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) in 2021. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of roles that have sharpened my customer service, communication, and administrative skills, from assisting at LavaFast Laundries to interpreting at e-voque Latam, and even starting my own clothing brand. I believe that my empathetic nature and ability to listen without ego make me not only a great teammate but also someone who thrives in environments where collaboration and mutual respect are key.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold both PET and ECCE English certifications and have an intermediate level of Portuguese, which allows me to communicate effectively across cultures and language barriers.

When I’m not managing billing processes or supporting the ZFL team, you can find me practicing jiu jitsu, reading, painting, or enjoying screen-free walks with my dog. I also love going to the theater back in university, I was an active member of the official Improv and Drama cast, and acting will always hold a special place in my heart.
