Meet Jeysi Molina.

Hi, I’m Jeysi.

As a junior paralegal at Z Family Law, I support the firm’s attorneys in providing excellent legal services to every individual and family I work with.

After earning my Associate’s Degree in Law & Jurisprudence from Anne Arundel Community College, I spent the first few years of my career exploring other areas of law before discovering that family law feels the most like ‘home’ to me. I find it very rewarding to support people during some of the most difficult times of their lives, giving them back the power to create the life they’ve dreamed of for themselves and their families. 

I love working alongside others who understand firsthand how challenging family law matters can be – something I can relate to because I have been through it, too. 

My parents experienced their own marital challenges, and as an eldest sibling, it often fell to me to handle much of the legal, financial, and administrative responsibilities in the midst of it, on top of caring for my younger sibling and my mother, who were both significantly impacted by the emotional turmoil of our family’s struggles. 

This personal experience with family law only motivates me more as I work with clients and help others reclaim control of their lives and protect the ones they love, just like I did.

When I’m not at the office, I enjoy hanging out with my puppy, Bubba, and my two cats, ChiChi and Bulma, volunteering with my local animal shelter, painting, trying new restaurants, hitting up the gym, and practicing cosmetology.
