Meet Parker Morris.

I'm Parker, a Paralegal at Z Family Law. I hold an Associate in Arts from College of the Albemarle, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020.

My background combines customer service with family law litigation support, and along the way I've built strong communication, organization, and client service skills. My experience includes assisting with case preparation, drafting and organizing legal documents, and supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation. I'd describe myself as detail-oriented and efficient under pressure, with a genuine, driving passion for family law.

My connection to family law is also personal. Like many of the clients we serve, I've experienced the challenges that can come with rebuilding after a major life transition. That experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the importance of compassion, patience, and having the right support system. It also reinforced my belief that while new beginnings aren't always easy, they can lead to stronger, brighter futures.

What I appreciate most about ZFL is the collaborative environment: the weekly recognition, the openness of support across the whole team, and how empowered everyone feels to ask questions and lean on one another. It's a true exhibition of teamwork.

Outside of work, I'm usually boating, at the beach, or with my daughter, Levi. I'm also a dedicated dog mom, an avid coffee enthusiast, and I never turn down a good mystery or thriller novel, or a true crime podcast.
