Meet Ben Webster.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Philosophy, and began my legal career working in elder law. In that role, I helped clients understand and finalize their estate plans, ensuring every detail was in order and every document signed with confidence. That experience showed me how impactful legal guidance can be during pivotal moments in people’s lives.
What drew me to Z Family Law was the opportunity to support individuals and families during some of their most difficult transitions. I appreciate that family law allows me to do more than just manage documents—I get to help real people in my community find clarity, support, and stability during challenging times. And as someone who values connection, working at ZFL allows me to grow meaningful ties to the local community while being part of a team that truly cares about its clients.
Outside the office, I’m a huge sports fan—especially football and soccer. I root for the Commanders and Manchester City, and I love unwinding by playing video games or hanging out with friends. I also enjoy spending quality time with my dog, Zeus, whether we’re going for a run, playing at the park, or just enjoying the fresh air together.
