"I can’t wait to welcome every new client as they take a bold, brave next step toward the future they deserve."

Meet Amanda Goldman-Petri.

I’m Amanda Goldman-Petri, and I know firsthand the importance of having a firm like Z Family Law on your side.

As a young child, I had to navigate a tough family law situation that was ultimately an emotionally exhausting experience, especially without the support of a trusted legal team to guide us.

Years later, my graduation from Johns Hopkins University prompted a realization that it was time for a fresh start away from the city that held so many painful memories. I said goodbye to Maryland, and spent a decade healing from my childhood, a move that launched me on a fulfilling career path, of which ZFL is the latest chapter. Now back home again — and with the course of my life changed for the better — I feel honored to get the chance to help other survivors find their own new beginnings, the same way I’ve found mine.

My professional experience spans 10+ years working in marketing and sales — including at several law firms, where I bolstered their branding, messaging, and strategic efforts. I also leveraged my vast expertise to build a million-dollar marketing business from the ground up, with clients in over 30 countries and 6 continents.

Despite the success I’ve had as Founder & CEO of my own company, I’ve come to see the challenges of scaling a business in a way that continually helps more people without compromising on the experience you’re delivering. At the end of the day, many organizations choose to forfeit that service quality in the name of increased profits. That’s not a sacrifice I believe in making, and neither does ZFL. As the firm’s Legal Intake Specialist, I feel that I’ve finally found the position that perfectly merges all of my distinct skill sets and passions into one. I can’t wait to welcome every new client as they take a bold, brave next step toward the future they deserve.

In my spare time, you can find me publishing non-fiction and children’s books, playing tennis & pickleball, or finding my way out of escape rooms.
